Coastal Casuarina sweethearts

Tyra & Jack met escaping their adult responsibilities when they both moved to Canada. Depending who you ask, their first meeting differs. Jack will tell you he first met Tyra walking back to the staff accommodation after a big night out whereas Tyra will tell you it was at work when there was nothing else to do but talk to the random stranger working the lifts. Tyra made the first move and messaged Jack and eventually Jack asked Tyra out on a first date where he accidentally spilt sangria all over her, luckily the banter was good. Haha.

After weeks of attempts, which were cancelled due to wet weather, Jack finally decided the 4th of February was the day. They spent a couple hours on the beach and just before they were heading home, Jack wanted to walk up the headland. They took an off the beaten track up the side of the headland where Jack got down on one knee, with their dog Guinness and popped the question.
